How many of you are familiar with those cute little magazine quizzes   designed to tell you something about yourself you didn’t already know?   Pretty sure I just saw everyone’s hand shoot up.

When I was younger I used to take those quizzes, and without exception, reviewing the answers left me perplexed.  You see, the answers never 100% reflected my responses.  More often than not, I was left struggling between answers that were similar to, but not exactly the way, I would answer the question.  How, I wondered, could this quiz tell me anything about myself if it didn’t even know exactly how I would answer the question?  Was I really that unusual?  Well, probably, yes, but that’s an entirely different topic of conversation.

Anyway, one day the light bulb went off and the surprisingly obvious occurred to me.  These were not scientific, psychological profiles.  They were just questions and answers someone made up.  Wow, did I feel better.  It wasn’t that I didn’t have the right answers to the questions.  It was just that the person asking the questions and supplying the answers didn’t know me.

So guess what?  Today I’ve decided to make up my own quiz.  Hey, if it’s good enough for magazines, it’s probably good enough for this blog.  Right?  And, unlike those magazine quizzes that purport to tell you what type of guy you’re likely to attract, or what career will make you happiest, (because, honestly, I have no idea) the purpose of my quiz is quite simple.  This quiz is designed to tell you if you are, or are not, Clara Grace Walker.  And, because there is only one way I would answer any given question, there will be only 2 answers to every question:  what I would say, and Any Other Answer.  Are you ready?  Great!  Let’s begin.
